You've just booked your very own Pure Romance party --- now what?
1. The Guest List
The most important thing to having a successful Pure Romance party is to OVER-INVITE! Remember the more the merrier! Use the guest list that I have provided below to easily come up with people to invite to your party! And mail out the invites included with your packet! Don't count on Facebook or Evite invites alone to get people there! Hard copy invites are proven for the best return on attendance!
2. Save the Date & Online Invites
As soon as your party is booked it's a great idea to send a save-the-date via e-mail or to send an online invite via www.evite.com or via Facebook! Remember the KEY to a successful party and more FREE stuff for YOU is to do both - send out hard copy invites (you are provided with) AND to send electronic invites. Below you can find a sample invite. To send, just copy and paste!
3. Make your Wish List
Preview the catalog prior to your party so you have an idea of all the things you will shop for the evening of your party! Then add 'em up! Based on your wish list, we'll know what kind of party attendance you'll need to get EVERYTHING on your list for FREE!
4. Outside Orders
Due to busy schedules of busy women these days not everyone you invite will be able to make it to your party - but everyone you invite can order! Pass around the extra catalog that came with your hostess packet and use the order form provided below. Make sure to have all outside orders ready with payment prior to your party to count towards your hostess rewards!
5. Follow Up
Make sure you follow up with your guests at least 24-hours before your party. People get busy and they will appreciate the reminder! Phone calls are best! But text messages and e-mails also work well as a reminder!
